Fix Palace merit BUG

Recently, we received feedback from players that there is an abnormality in the Palace merit system. After receiving the feedback, we verified the merit data and found that it was an error in the cross-server synchronization process that caused the number of merits to increase exponentially.
The BUG will be fixed after this version update. In addition, data repairs are carried out for users who benefit from BUG violations. We will deduct all merits that benefit from violations and downgrade the upgraded merit levels.

A fair game environment is the life of a game. We firmly oppose any behavior that uses BUG to damage the fair environment of the game. Once verified, we will take the most severe punishment.
